At Syntell, we are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in a manner that respects the law and your privacy.
 

Personal information


Syntell collects personal information only for the following purposes:

  • Offer products and services that you have requested or that may be relevant to you and maintain business       relations with you

  • Understand your needs and recommend products and services accordingly  

  • Manage your business, including association and hiring issues    

  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements


We do not use your personal information for any other purpose, unless we are required to do so by law or obtain your prior consent.


This information is collected through forms and through the interactivity established between you and our  website, by means of cookies. 


Here are the four types of personal information we collect.

  1.  Identifying information: last name, first name, e-mail or postal address, telephone number.

  2.  Information about your professional situation: occupation

  3.  Information about your interactions and communications with us: language preferences, e-mails exchanged with us, information about your requests for information.

  4. Digital information: information about your device, operating system or browser, location data, IP address


We collect only the information we need for the purposes we have agreed to, unless we have your consent or are required to do so by law.

We do our best to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up-to-date when we use it.

Verifying, correcting or deleting your personal information

Upon receipt of a written request, and after validating the applicant's identity, we will provide the applicant with his or her personal information and subsequently correct any information deemed inaccurate or incomplete. Upon request, we will also delete any personal information.
